Returns and Refunds
- Full price merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned beyond the 14 day return time frame but within 30 days of the delivery date may be returned in exchange for a pariah5k.com credit only.
- Any returns after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
- All Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
- Pariah5k.com will only accept returns for full price merchandise in their original, unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, pariah5k.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping & handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless Pariah 5K made a shipping error.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- Refunds will include the cost of the items, along with any applicable sales tax.
- A UPS return label will be generated and sent to your email once you create your return online.
- You may drop your return off at any UPS location for shipment. A fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if using our UPS return label. - If you do not receive your packing slip through email once you create your online return, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- There is no charge for exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your exchange.
- In the event that an item is unavailable, a member of our team will contact you.

- If you received an incorrect or damaged sale item, please contact us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST by phone at (317) 250-0612 or by e-mail at email@example.com and we will provide an electronic return shipping label for you to have the item returned to us for a replacement to be sent out.
- In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect final sale item and we are unable to provide a replacement, you will receive a credit back in the form of pariah5k.com online store credit.
Refusal of Delivery
- If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid within 14 days from the date we receive it back in our Warehouse. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the refused package contains Final sale pieces, you will receive credit back in the form of pariah5k.com online store credit for the items marked as FINAL SALE.
